M&S Home Care Services has been an approved provider for the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability since August 25, 2010. We have been certified as of November 2011.
Our mission is to provide adequate care, safety, and activities to assist with the enhancement of our resident’s social, physical, and emotional abilities in accordance to each individual’s unique capability.
The staff whom occupy the homes must be CPR/First Aid certified, valid driver’s license, current tuberculosis test, along with current background check. Our staff is willing and will be trained to serve clients of all different physical and mental disabilities.

Adult Day Center
Our doors lead to a world of continuous learning and community integration. Ray of Hope is a place where learning how to enjoy and appreciate the experiences of living in today’s diverse society with a sense of personal freedom and security of a well trained staff. Our services offer care for adult with physical and/or learning disabilities and people recovering from mental illness. Day care service aim to give them the skills they need to live as independently as possible.
