Jamil Imran CEO/Founder

Inspired by the need for personal support for his parents, Jamil is one of the founders of M & S Home Care. He studied in the Texas A&M system and graduated with honors in Business Administration  from the University of New Hampshire. Jamil brings 15 years of management experience in finance and small business. He is involved with M & S in strategic management, policy making and business development. He is also a founder of a business and political group in his community.

Durdana (Dana) Ahtasham

Dana our Chief Financial Officer is one of the founders of M & S.  A graduate of the University of Illinois, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration  and Computer Science along with a Cisco Certification. Dana is fluent in Urdu and Panjabi.


Ann Rithmyxay


Ann is fluent in Lao/English and applies her linguistic ability to work as a freelance interpreter whenever possible.   She has 25 years of experience in the freight transport industry. Ann graduated from Clayton State University in 1988, receiving her Associate’s Degree.  She attended DeVry University for her B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing in 2005. As Manager of Community Relations for M & S Home Care, Ann strives vigorously to offer and expand services within the Asian community of Georgia.








Lorenza Almonte


Lorenza is fluent in several languages which includes Spanish, English and French. She brings to M & S strong marketing and finance experience.











Salman Dawood


Salman is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Sindhi, and Khachi. In addition, he speaks Spanish, Russian, and Tagalog.  Salmon received his college education in Pakistan and has been in the United States for over 24 years. A previous  owner of a large farmer’s market in Seattle, he developed a passion for assisting others.  He currently runs eight T- Mobile stores in GA and also works with lawyers.








Happy Shah


Happy has been serving the Indian, Pakistani and Asian communities for more than 15 years. She’s assisted others with finding jobs, homes, loans and businesses. A member of M & S staff from the beginning, her goal is to help senior citizens in the community with any assistance or care they may need to live a healthy life. Her experience in the home care field along with her social and professional network aids her in finding the most compatible caregivers. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.








Dao Malaythong

Dao is an Owner/Broker of Atlanta Maxim Realty. A community activist, she’s served on the Board of Directors for the Laotian American Society since 2005.  She is a Board member of the Gwinnett Community Alliance and very passionate about the Asian American community. Dao also served as a Board member of the Georgia Asian American Pacific Islander Community Coalition (GAAPICC). She was named by the Georgia Asian Times as one of the 25 most influential Asian Americans in Georgia in 2008, 2010 and again in 2012.








Aliza Riznovic


Aliza is from Eastern Europe and came to the United States 14 years ago. She is fluent in Bosnian and Russian. Aliza holds a degree in Pediatric Nursing.










Sheetal Desai

Sheetal R. Desai has been practicing law for 10 years in commercial litigation and business transactional work and is currently a partner with Lober, Dobson & Desai, LLC.  She obtained her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003 and is licensed in Georgia, Illinois and Wisconsin.









Baoky Vu

Baoky is one of the founding members of NAAAP-Atlanta. He is a principal at Silverberry Capital, an investment and strategic advisory firm based in Atlanta. Baoky holds degrees from Georgia Tech and Georgetown University. His current affiliations include: Chairman of the Board of Bonanza Goldfields, Leadership Georgia Class of 2008, member of DeKalb County Board of Registrations and Elections, Visiting Nurses Health System Board of Directors, Emory University Board of Visitors and the Georgia Group. He was an honoree in the inaugural 2006 Who’s Who in Asian-American Communities.  In August of 2001, he was appointed by President George W. Bush to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders.
